This Work Package aims to compare how different responses to colonial heritage influence the bilateral relations between cities (Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon; Nuuk and Copenhagen).
It will explore possible differences and conflicts between official heritage institutions and other actors in each of the cities in order to better understand the field of tensions within them.
Finally, it will analyse emergent decolonial practices of colonial heritage and their effects on the constructions of multicultural dialogues and cultural inclusion processes among artists, designers and NGOs in the four cities.
