Marcelle Oliveira Dutra Neder graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Poços de Caldas / Brazil – 2011. PhD student in Heritage of Portuguese Influence – CES / III at the University of Coimbra. Member of the Brazilian Committee of the International Council of Monuments and Sites – ICOMOS-BRAZIL. In 2016, she attended the Master in Cultural Heritage and Museology at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra.

She acted as a Consultant in the coordination of the Interministerial Technical Committee and in the accomplishment of mapping the cultural system, as a subsidy to the elaboration and complementation of the document of Candidature of Paraty in the list of World Heritage of UNESCO. As Director of innovation and institutional relations of the company Plural Cultural, she was the responsible for the elaboration of urban and regional organizational development projects based on cultural heritage.

She developed projects at the Escola de Sargentos das Armas – EsSA and in partnership with the Directorate of Historical and Cultural Patrimony of the Brazilian Army – DPHCEX. As Executive Director of the MAAM Coworking office, she worked on designing architectural and urban design, and product design. She spoke at events in Brazil and abroad, addressing the systemic vision of the cultural landscape and the experience in the realization of cultural mappings.
